How We Got Here
In the year 2021, I made a life-changing decision to acquire a dilapidated 15-acre farm in Columbus, Minnesota. My ultimate goal was to find solace, tranquility, and behold the beauty that this property had the potential to offer. The moment I laid eyes on this place, an extraordinary vision and purpose ignited within me. Determined to revive this hidden gem, I poured my heart and soul into its restoration. Today, it stands as a remarkable example to the wonders of rejuvenation. This property has become a haven of serenity, where one can unwind and immerse themselves in its captivating surroundings of nature.
I am a proud parent of three remarkable adult daughters, who I consider my greatest accomplishments in life, Together, we have welcomed the presence of goats, chickens, and, of course, our beloved ducks. Life here can be wonderfully chaotic at times, but it only adds to the charm and vibrancy of this place.
For the past three decades, I have dedicated my professional life to the healthcare industry. Presently, I work remotely as a Senior Contracting Specialist for Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis. However, every ounce of my free time is devoted to the nurturing and growth of this flower farm. I am incredibly fortunate to have received unwavering support from my family, friends, and neighbors. Without their assistance, this dream would have remained unattainable.
Since childhood, I have harbored an immense fondness for flowers and animals. I have many memories strolling through my grandmother's meticulously maintained gardens, eagerly inquiring about each blooming blossom.
Continuing on this journey fills me with boundless excitement and gratitude. The opportunity to embrace its beauty during this flower season is a privilege beyond measure.

Our Sustainable Practices- Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
We believe in protecting the environment and minimizing our impact on the planet. we strive to source our flower seed, and tubers from sustainable farms. We also recycle all of our waste to reduce our carbon footprint.
We strive to grow all of our flowers following organic practices, without the use of herbicides or pesticides.
We are focusing on rebuilding our soil and putting nutrients back into the earth, while planting varieties that attract and feed our native bees.
We are always fixing, building, adding, or replacing. Since 2021, we have saved, reused, and repurposed building supplies from our renovations and reused items the best we can to avoid a landfill.
